I am fascinated by the kinetic, the movement of the figure in space, the feeling of paint meeting the canvas.
With a brush, I am free to improvise and move at the whim of my imagination. Unchoreographed, unrehearsed. Liberated and in the moment.
My work seeks to capture a feeling, an unadulterated joy and purity, passion, and spontaneity. Looking to the past, but also forward, one foot in history and the other on the move.
